We offer a free survey which is followed up by a no obligation written estimation. We believe that once you have met us, and had the opportunity to talk directly to us regarding your properties future glazing solution that you will be convinced that not only are you going to get great value for money from Utopia Windows, but that you are also going to get expert installation engineers who understand the importance of speed and sensitivity for both your property and your neighbors as well as a company that has the most upto date resources for the manufacture of your windows in house and doesn't just buy in pre-fabricated designs and hope they'll fit.

Site Visit

We are happy to visit properties within a 10 mile radius of Mitcham free of charge in order to undertake a free survey as a basis of your no obligation estimation. Site visits usually take around an hour and involve an informal discussion regarding the history of your windows, specific considerations and objectives as well as an external window inventory. The site visit is then followed up a few days later with a no obligation written estimation.

Window Inventory

Naturally we need to count the number of windows you have or need replacing and as such we undertake a photographic survey of each window and carry out basic measurements of the existing apertures. The aim of the photographic work is for visual reference, as well as to assist in the determination of building substrate and condition etc. This process drastically speeds up the survey process and allows more work to be carried out at our facility rather than taking up your valuable time.

Estimation

Following the window survey we prepare a written estimation detailing particularities and options with full pricing. It is then upto you to make your decision.
